Try Word Finder on HIS device. Keyboard → Find Word → type it.

If Find stays gray, the word is not in the file. Do not open Edit.

Write: the word, why he needs it, and which activity.

Send that line to Brittany Hill and AbleNet. You get a one-line path: hit X, then Y.

Until it is added, model a homepage core word that does the same job (OPEN, WANT, THAT, HELP).
